Do you guys know something you can eat in like...10-15 minutes and wont take long to make? like...5 minutes tops? bcoz when i goto skool im always late and i only have like 10 minutes to prepare/eat so...eggs and pancakes are outta the question...
anybody know anything?

Kyubi: Also you can try cottage cheese with added fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, etc...), and plain vanilla yogurt with fresh fruit as well. Whole grain cereal too. And, if you want to make eggs, but just don't have the time, you can always either hard boil eggs the night before (or do more so you have them on hand), and then they're in the refrigerator and ready to go in the morning (just make sure you peel them while they are still hot!) Something else you can try is we have these plastic egg cookers for the microwave. You put the egg in it and close the lid, and pop it in the microwave for a few minutes. Granted, not as good as cooking on the stove, but if you want eggs and don't have the time, it's a viable alternative.

Usually I takel 6 or 7 chicken breasts cut them into pieces about the size of a deck of playing cards, and just leave them in the fridge for when I need a quick snack. I eat them like chocolate bars for breakfast on the way to work.
That's what I do! My breakfast is oatmeal w/ ground flax and Splenda, and 3 oz. grilled chicken breast.

A bowl of Grapenuts with blueberries and diced strawberries and bananas works for me.I usually supplement this with a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter for extra protein.

Fruit parfait...

All of the above are great...and I usually eat oatmeal because its so fast...but this morning I had and special treat I was craving on a cooking show last weekend and finally went out and bought the ingredients..simple...granola, plain yogurt and fruit...I have frozen fruit in my freezer for smoothies so I heated them up in a pot on the stove and even had it warm..how yummy is that? I just layered the ingredients, so I started with granola, yogurt, fruit and repeat not alot just a tablespoon of each ...it makes a great desert also...

This morning I got 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread put mustard on them and in a pan i sprayed the olive oil spray and then did 3 egg whites and it was so good lol
