Something for Breakfast

I'm looking for something healthy that I can make for breakfast. Nothing really compicated, but something that I can just whip up that's healthy. Anyone know anything?

I prefer to start my mornings with a little fruit ( I use some applesauce) and some sort of a low fat bran cereal with skim milk.

If your not into cereal in the mornings maybe some scrambled egg whites or a shake of some sort might work for you.

Hope this helps

hi protein french toast

dissolve 2 scoops of protein powder in 1/2 cup of non fat milk in large bowl

mix in 2 egg whites

stir in 1/2 to 1 tsp of ground cinnamon

set stove to medium heat and place skillet on top

soak slice of bread on both sides then set in skillet

cook on both sides until golden brown and dry

pancake mix

mix 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, splenda and cinnamon in blender

pour in skillet and cook till golden brown on both sides

looking for...

im looking for some really high protein breakfasts. i've eaten so many eggs i need something new...preferably low carb as well.

Usually I takel 6 or 7 chicken breasts cut them into pieces about the size of a deck of playing cards, and just leave them in the fridge for when I need a quick snack. I eat them like chocolate bars for breakfast on the way to work.

Half-boiled eggs with light soy sauce and few dashes of white pepper.Yum.
Oatmeal and cinnamon and low/non-cal sweetner and water of course.Perfect.Sometimes I omit the sweetner.

Do you guys know something you can eat in like...10-15 minutes and wont take long to make? like...5 minutes tops? bcoz when i goto skool im always late and i only have like 10 minutes to prepare/eat so...eggs and pancakes are outta the question...
anybody know anything?

for breakfast i make egg whites with broccoli and mushrooms. then i take a chicken breast and boil it then i add some spices to it. this take me about 10 minutes at the most because i boil a bunch of chicken then i reheat it and add the spice so i can change what spice i use.

Make some oatmeal, either mix it with water, or milk. quick to make, and itll stick with you. U want protein? make urself a few Peanut Butter sandwiches, on whole wheat bread.
