what up everyone just in here tryin to get a little help with this weight thing, im about 5'8 190 i don't have a bad body but i put on a little bit of a belly, and cant seem to get rid of it. i try things but its kinda hard when u don't really no much about fitness i just some some tips on something to do to get my old body back. someone anyone hit me up.
 
hey - read around the stickies in the excercise section for good advice. otherwise just ask int he excercise section i'm sure you will get some responses. good luck with your goals.

Only advice I have is, keep working at it, don't fret about yesterday, only worry about today. It is tough,and you need to learn new eating habits, skills and whatever else, exercise is key for little amounts of permanent weight loss. Diet will only take you so far

Losing the fat is primarily about nutrition. So what you're and how much you're putting in your mouth is going to have a significant impact on your success, or lack thereof.

Also, why don't you exercise much?
