Not a new member but I've been away for over a year now. I just started my third week tonight and actually got on the scale for the first time in months. I was shocked at how much more I weighed than what I was expecting. When I look in the mirror, it truly disgusts me. I went running tonight and couldn't even go 1/4 mile without having to stop. My legs are still sore from last nights run, I want everyday to be a positive day towards weight loss. I don't see any progress at all since I started. I want to quit. I've been burning more calories than I've been taking in. Can you tell I need some encouragement. Help?
