Some tips for dealing with Overweight

Hello guys, nice to meet you. My name is Dimitar and i am from Bulgaria. I hope i am not at wrong forum for this post. I wanna show you some of my tips for dealing with overweight. I want to pre-apologize if my english is not so good :)

1. Do not think about food and eating.
Forget about eating (ie not to stop to eat at all, and not think about it). The only way you can think of it as something that is necessary to live, not as something pleasant. Find a hula lesson and forget that eating is among them. It is simply a daily commitment needed to live.


2. Always carry a small bag of raw nuts.
When your diet (especially during the first 2-3 days) constantly feel hungry and likely to affect their dietary regime is great. For those times you need a small amount of healthy food to increase hunger. Raw nuts are very appropriate, because 50 grams is enough to make you feel full.


3. Empty your refrigerator.
Throw all of your fridge and load it with things to eat during the diet. Imagine not follow this advice, wakes up at night, feel pretty hungry and what will most likely do? Prepare for this by keeping your refrigerator empty, this is a very important step to beat obesity.


4. Often drink hot tea.
Hot tea is good for fighting obesity for 3 reasons. Hot tea creates a feeling of satiety, contains 0 calories and purifies the body. You can drink tea every few hours. Trick: add a little honey in tea, and this will reduce your hunger. But honey you really need is less because honey is high in carbohydrates during your diet should be reduced. Honey is very good to suppress hunger, especially during the first week of weight loss, where the most difficult period for each diet.


5. Get a daily activity that includes physical activity (movement).

The combination of healthy eating (diet) with physical activity can do wonders with obesity. Physical activity can be - walking (walk, even in stores), running, cleaning house, climbing stairs, shopping, games like tennis, squash, basketball, football and others. Movement (body) increases metabolism and helps in rapid weight reduction.


6. Find a job (hobby), what makes you happy!
Happiness is one of the important things when you want to lose weight. Not accidentally, when women are in love and began to languish. When you are happy not find pleasure in eating. What makes you happy? - Child care, painting, singing, dancing, reading ... makes your favorite things and do not miss your daily dose of happiness!


7. Constantly doing something, because if you do nothing, you begin to eat.
This does not mean non-stop to the move (although not a bad idea because traffic melts fat), but to have something to engage them (maybe mentally). If you are very tired it could be funny movie (laughter and positive emotions are important if you want to lose weight). If you are not tired, you can arrange home or wardrobe, to fix something, etc..

Half of that stuff is common sense, the other half nonsense. None of it is new, and not all of it is possible. What's your point?

1. Thinking or not thinking about stuff is not a conscious choice. You can't decide NOT to think about something, it just happens.

2. A handful of raw nuts is not going to do anything if somebody is hungry. They aren't filling, and as far as I am concerned, are way too high in calories to work as a filling snack.

3. Only works if you live on your own. If not, the rest of the family might not appreciate the lack of food.

4. Nonsense. Tea doesn't make you feel any more full than a glass of water, and it doesn't purify the body at all. Honey will move you away from 0 calories, as you said, so it's counter-productive. And I've never heard of honey doing anything to help with hunger - on the contrary, my guess is that having something sweet when hungry will actually make it worse.

5. No brainer. Less food, more movement. It's all over this forum.

6. People have lives and jobs, and most of these jobs are supposed to bring money and keep them afloat. Most people don't have the luxury of 'getting a job that makes them happy'. And I'm struggling to understand most of that point to be honest. What is it supposed to say?

7. I've got a job, care for two people, and do the household, shopping and finances on my own. My spare time is limited to....well...honestly? Nothing. I get to the computer between jobs. And I am struggling with my weight big time. If I'm tired, I couldn't care less about funny movies...how about some sleep? Most people snack while they are watching movies anyway.

So yeah...not that impressed really.
 
Over weight is a common problem in people , but doing easy exercise we can easily deal with overweight. Yoga is one of the effective exercises to handle overweight. Other way to loose the weight is walking , cycling and playing sports.
