Hey, just like to say a few things here. I'm new to posting on this forum. I've been reading around the stickies and stuff, and it seems like a very nice and active community 
I've been running for a few years, and lifting on and off, but nothing as serious as i'd like to start now. I run about a 7min mile last time I was timed, but i think i can improve alot once i start cracking down.
