was just after some info or advise if anyone can advise
basically i am doing cardio mon - fri for about 40mins to 1 hr a day
prior to this i was a big guy and had little knowledge about training diet etc so i went to the gym for 2 years and just done weights converting most fat to muscle im still a big guy but more shape
now im trying to cut off all the fat!! its going well but i dont wanna lose my muscle
so far i have lost a bit of strength and i dont really wanna lose any more if i can help it, if i do 1 day of power lifting do you think this would help my muscles retain their size while i shrink?
