Alrite I have entered the soccer season which means running every day. The last thing i want to do is lose weight, i actually want to bulk. my stats are as follows:
age- 16
weight- 148
height- 6'0
Since the preseason ive seen a significant decrease in my bench press, squat, and deadlift. I have been really tired and not able to do much lifting except my bench because my legs are always sore. What kind of foods should I be eating and how often (times of the day would help a lot) to increase my bench during the soccer season. I had a goal at 225, and ended up missing my 20 lbs. The last thing I want is to make that goal harder then it already is, especially at my weight and age.
