SO Proud!!

With yesterday being Valentine's Day and with me being a teacher, there was junk EVERYWHERE! One of my fellow teachers brought Ghiradelli chocolates for us, a friend bought the Hershey's Pot of Gold mix, there was a CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN in the lounge with all sorts of things to dip (including pretzels... my all time fave!), and that's not including the various candies that my kids brought to me. For the kids, I purchased a cookie cake (YUM!) and other goodies.

Well... I DID NOT TOUCH ONE THING OF ANY OF IT!!!!!!! If fact, I actually THREW AWAY the extra peices of cookie cake!

I can't believe this! And you know the best part is that leaving all of it alone was actually EASY! I guess I am pretty much trained to be a better eater!

Great job!!! My mom's a teacher and I can remember her bringing home TONS of candy on Valentine's Day. You should be VERY proud.
 
It sounds like you did great. I don't know if I would have been able to resist (the day before valentines day, I had a small piece of chocolate--co-workers who leave chocolates out are not helpful to my diet)

I chose yesterday as my treat day so I didn't do nearly as well as you hehe.
