So how about that HIIT???

Is this really effective for losing weight??? How long, on average, should I expect to see results?? Has anyone lost alot of weight doing this?? .....and how long did it take you to really notice a difference??????

Yes, it can be an effective way for loosing weight. Results depend on you - goals, frequency, how much you've been training up till now, etc. Yes, some have lost quite a bit of weight with it.

I will note that there are different "ways" to do HIIT dependant on the goals you have.

I had been doing regular running for 25 min a day for almost 3 weeks now, and I tried HIIT for the first time today... it was draining as hell... i couldn't do anything after it. A hell of a lot more difficult than the regular running... but it did feel good afterwards though. hehe.

in the HIIT forum, you'll find a ton of info. the big deals about raising the intensity is that you get it done quicker and you continue to burn calories from it long after you finish. ;)
