I have been working out steadily for the last 5 months. I started out at 150 lbs, 6 feet tall. I have been able to increase my muscle mass alittle and my overall body weight has shot up to 165 lbs. I am starting to lift alittle more weight now and I cut out all cardio. I want to loose my love handles and I know that my only hope is to include cardio back to my routine. I am wondering how much cardio should i include without it affecting the small muscle gains I am achieving. I am planning on starting this week with one hour of cardio split over three days. Thoughts?
