hey everyone
i've never done this before, so im kind of nervous. i just got back from meeting with a nutritionist at my school and after 4 weeks of trying to change my diet... i gained 2.5 lbs! i just feel like a failure...i cant control anything in my life. my roommates eat anything they want and they are so skinny. they tease me for eating "healthfully" but it cant be too healthy if i gained weight, can it?
my family (both sides) has a long history of diabetes, so im trying to lose weight and have a healthy diet as a preventative measure. im just so stressed out about so many things in my life, and im so frustrated, and hearing that im just as fat (if not fatter) than ive always been hurt today
i dont want to be really really really skinny, i just want to look good and be healthy 
maybe i can use this forum to get some support and give me something to do other than snacking.
