Did my weight in tonight. 5 pounds down from last week for a total of 29 lbs from my flabby frame! What did I do differently? First, didn't cheat like last week by drinking alcohol. (Didn't know there were so many calories in one shot of vodka/rum. surprise, surprise!)
Second, started doing a half hour on treadmill in the mornings. Didn't hit every morning like I wanted, but did 5 out of 7 this week. Awesome... exercise really does help. And it wasn't even that painful! hehehe
