So close to my goal size..help !?

Even after all the weight loss, I still have some fat on my lower abs...idk if that is always gonna be there and if im never gonna see definition in my abs...problem is that I dont even weigh that much anymore and my ribs and bones around my neck are starting to show more than they ever did....i asked my doc if it was ok to lose any more weight to drop my body fat % from 25 to like 17-18 but she said no...so idk what to do...i still have slight fat on my arms (though its tightening up nicely), a little more jiggle on my thighs and that little "pooch" on my lower abs..i am super happy to be at the weight i am at...its actually lighter than my goal (120-125lbs)..im so close to my goal body composition/size...my back fat is gone, my "double chin" is gone...idk if its more about cleaning up my diet (even more than i already have), more cardio, more strength training...i already run 20-25 miles a week, weight train 3 days a week and have a healthy balanced diet with the right amount of calories....im at a lost :( or is it even healthy to keep going? i wouldnt mind losing inches and body fat but gaining a few lbs if it means being at my goal size...help !

If your doctor says it's not healthy to keep going then I would follow his advice. Your problem is most likely genetic, we're all predisposed to store fat in different places and unfortunately it's something you have to work around I think. I would continue with cardio and strength exercises while eating enough to keep your weight stable, I'm not sure it would help but hey it beats doing nothing!
