Small Stomach, but Fat Thighs

I have a pretty skinny stomach and upper body, but my thighs and butt are really fat..

Two questions i need answered..
1) Why do i have a skinny stomach, but fat butt and thighs?
2) What can i do to make my butt and thighs get skinner?
 
Everyone stores fat differently. Its hereditary and there is not much you can do about it. It also tends to chage with age. Some people tend to store fat in the upper body, some in the lower body, some on the waiste and a few lucky ones store it very evenly over their entire body. To get rid of fat anywhere and everywhere on your body exercise and eat right! A good program of 3 days a week of HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio and weight training on the 3 alternate days of the week is the best exercise strategy. It only takes 20-30 minutes of the right exercise 6 days a week to make a difference in the long run.
