Small Meals

I know it's healthy to eat 4-6 small meals a day, and I was wondering what you had? Some example of your daily intakes.
 
read around the forum - there's really no clear evidence that 5 -6 meals a day is any better for you than 3 meals a day -and for many people (like me :D ) 5 -6 meals a day is impossible with a work schedule...

it's total calories in the day that what matter - not really when you eat them

I have 3 meals plus 2 snacks a day...

However, I do eat a lot of meals. It looked something like this today:

Meal 1: shake consisting of whey powder, fat free yogurt, natural peanut butter, oil, and a banana

Meal 2: whey mixed with milk, a clementine, serving of almonds, and some fish oil pills

Meal 3: top round steak, rice, broccoli, string cheese

Meal 4: pork tenderloin, more fish oil pills, peas, and sweet potato

I had a shake during my workout

Meal 5: whole wheat pasta, diced chicken breast, some shredded mozzarella, and sauce all mixed together as well as more broccoli, and a couple of tea spoons of oil

Meal 6: a tuna wrap with cheese, apple, salad, and more oil

I think that was it
 
Haha, it's not as good as you'd think. It's all pre-cooked and reheated in the microwave.

It get's the job done though.
 
When I started my weight loss program I ran into the same issue, the hardest thing for me was what meals were good for me to eat. has a hand full of meals that you can easilly make and it also shows you the calories and fat for each meal.
