.....as my BF % continues to drop
It's kind of funny, by that old BMI scale, it says I'm a good bit overweight now {210@13%BF) while at my lowest weight of 192@18-20% BF and the BMI scale said I was just barely overweight.... yea', with barely enough muscle to conduct daily life ! How is that healthy ?
So anyway, I'm working towards becoming obese again
.... My 50 year old goal 225@9% BF I'm 6ft BTW. Just give me 3 years ;-)

Oh, so also, while I'm here, I would not, for a second, try to say that everybody who loses a bunch of weight, should then become a workout freak like Fish Chris
I do think some consistent, moderate exercising (cardio and resistance) is good for almost anybody though.
But for myself, I'm so focused on body building, cutting, bulking, eating really clean and balanced ALL the time......
That it's just easy. I mean, it gives me something to focus on... what am I eating, when, and why ? Does it meet my macro balance needs ? Is this good for my cut, or my bulk ?
And what the heck, everything I eat tastes awesome to me anyway !
Oh and hey, not trying to twist your arms or anything.... but if you work out hard, you get to {have to ?} eat a lot !
I eat anywhere from 3300-4200 cals a day, depending on whether I'm cutting or bulking, and when I get to 225@9%, I'll probably be eating 4000-5000
I like that idea too
Eating a lot was never a problem for me
My issue was in eating all the wrong stuff... and no exercise.
Peace,
Fish
