Hi everyone,
My name is Chrissy
I lost about 65 lbs 2 years ago with portion control and exercise. Somewhere along the way I got lazy with my diet and stopped exercising completely. Surprise surprise, I gained 10 lbs over the past year. I've got to get straight with my goals again but am having a hard time motivating myself. I've been doing a lot of emotional eating recently. I thought this website was so inspiring so I decided to join in. Thanks for all the support friends!
