So, I don't know why I didn't think about this before... We have clubs to celebrate how well we do, but how about a club, where we put up our slip ups?
I find when we write things down, and then we see them, it hits us a little harder, and we work much harder to get it right the next time.

So I'm gonna go out on a limb here and start:
Starting weight: 206.5
Current Weight: 202.4
I had got down to 200.4... But twice this week, I slipped up. The stress of exams coming up, labs and other deadlines PILING UP, and the social life is getting to me.
Today alone I ate barbeque chicken and fries, some chips, and some mocha cheesecake/chocolate cheesecake
I'll get it right tomorrow.
How I plan to fix this:
I'll be exercising a little longer tonight, and get some in tomorrow, and continue until I see a change.
