Hi all, i am going to ontario in 4 months to see my sister and i have this crazee dream to lose 100 pounds before i get there, and i am using slim fast to help get me there, wish me luck

not to sound discouraging >.> but slim fast for 4 months? wont that taste icky after while? =P

are you going to workout as well? that will really help you to get stronger as well as amp up your calorie burn.

well, the slimfast diet doesn't consist of JUST slimfast, but fruits and veggies too....good luck w/ it!
