Ok before I take up my challenge to lose some excess pounds im trying to stub-out some bad habits and/or routines.
I BIG one for me is a sleeping routine...Basically I dont have one
I could crawl into bed at anytime...sometimes 9pm or sometimes 6:30am and sleep till.....well whenever
I would really like a regular routine but I am always struggling to fit into one, especially when I mostly don't get tired or sleepy till stupid hours.
What can I do?
