Wasn't sure to put this but anyways..
I've just started skipping, to get my fitness levels up
And hopefully to shed a few Kg's in the long term, but that dosn't matter now haha.
Who has kept skipping up long-term? What sort of results have you had? & What are your thoughts on skipping?
I do 30mins a day, in 2.3min reps, coz thats all i can handle! It certinaly gives you a workout
