Hi all, sorry if this isn't the right place to post this but I wasn't sure what category it fits into!
Basically, I am a 5'8,18 yr old female and 133lbs. I am pretty fit due to an hour of exercise 5x a week plus i cycle everywhere... except I am pudgy and have rolls!
I have been doing quite tough cardio about 5x a week for the last 5/6 months whilst following a diet fairly low in calories (around 1300-1400 per day), eating loads of fruit and veg trying to lose my wobbly belly but I just cannot shift it.
This is my typical meal plan;
B- porridge, banana and an activia fat free yoghurt
S- a couple of rice cakes and an apple or chopped up veggies
L- Salad with tuna (no dressing) plus some fruit
D- brown rice with chicken and peas, plus fruit- apple or some strawberries
usually get some Whole Foods peanut butter in there too when we have some in the house!
I know that I'm not overweight at all, I just want to lose the excess body fat so I can feel more comfortable in my body and I really don't know where I'm going wrong! I've googled the whole 'skinny fat' thing and all I find is articles trying to sell me protein shakes :/ so any help would be appreciated!
