thought id finally start a journal to stay motivated. Also Im taking meds that cause weight gain so I always have that working against me. hopefully I will still be able to lose some weight. My first goal is to get under 200 lbs. I will set another goal after that if I finally make it. Mostly working on changing my diet right now. I will add exercise in a week or so once I know I can control my food intake. Ive been working on changing my food intake for about 3 weeks now. For some reason whenever I eat a very very light dinner I weigh 2 pounds less in the morning. its like my stomach is totally empty by the time i weigh in. so my weight has been bouncing all over. my weight for today is 212.
