sit ups

No. See my other response in the other thread. Sit-ups aren't a very efficient ab exercise in the first place...and no amount of ab work will spot reduce fat from your stomach.

Exactly what malkore said, but I'm going to just say that there is NO exercise that can do "spot reduction" anywhere on your body. Also, there should be no reason to be doing more than 75+ Sit-Ups a day (This varies from person to person).

To burn your calories each day depends on each person, but for a rough idea of what you have to do: For someone to burn 2000 calories and they weigh about 175 pounds, they would have to run for 190 minutes @ 5 mph. :(

Yes, 200 hundred situps will take all the fat away from your stomache area. Be sure to do them everyday. Also, you will need to up your carb/fat intake and lower your protein intake. I'd say a macro split that looks something like 95% fat (all trans), 2.5% carbs (all simple carbs), and 2.5% Protein (from red meats and whatever you get out of the candy and cheesecake you eat). Also, if you want to tone up your arms you will need to isolate them with about 100 sets of curls every other day in combination with roughly 900 reps of tricept isolation. Moving on, the chest may need some work too. Throw in 10 sets of flyes, pullovers, bench press, decline bench press, incline bench press, db flat bench press, db incline press, dips, and last but not least, cable crossovers. This should come to about 90 sets and probably should take you about 3 days to complete the workout.
