It is only by applying these concepts in their daily diet, you will see a drastic weight loss and continues in a very short time.


1 ) . Check daily water supply in your body - this is a simple point , but make sure you drink enough water every day.


2 ) . Make sure you eat enough vegetables - Different vitamins vegetables encourage fat loss .


3 ) . Make sure to eat "good fats" for your body - Remember that there are "good fats" that are good for the body. Do not have enough fat in your body can be harmful to your health.


4). Do not stick with the same kind of food for too long - the habit of changing the type of food you eat each day from time to time for the diet. This practice will help prevent food allergies. If you take protein shakes , this should be particularly important.

With the regular exercise, it is important to feed your body with healthy food. Ensure that what you eat is healthy and give proper nutrients and protein rather than eating more. Don't fill your body extra food, eat healthy as much as possible.

Drinking a lot of water is also necessary who practice Yoga. Who practice Yoga, they believe that water is a source of life. It gives refreshing feeling and detoxifies the body.

You should go for Yoga practice and should enroll yourself in private lessons from a Yoga instructor. He should be certified from a reputable school and has also participated in a yoga teaching training camp.

Relaxation is also very important for all. It is not that always practicing Yoga will keep you fit. Relaxation is good that should be without interruptions or distractions.

Telling lies to the people can give you stress. You should refrain yourself from this and should keep your happy.

Must consider your hunger. Starvation is your way of informing you that you need energy, so when a wanting doesn't come from hunger, consuming will never fulfill it.

I hope people will one day learn that diet pills and other "magic tricks" to lose weight are a waste of money and borderline scam like the snake oils sold in the Wild West.
The only true (but 99.9% effective) method for weight control and fitness is
(1) Lean protein & complex carb based diet
(2) Some resistance training 3 X week
(3) Some cardio 3 X week.
NO ... it does not mean starving or going hungry -- in fact it means eating as much as 4-6 times per day IF YOU DO IT RIGHT.
So many misconceptions continue to exist today and yet so many companies still make billions scamming people with infomercial products ----Hard to understand why.

Drinks lots of water everyday at least 8 glasses per day. You can add some lemons to your water. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat less-salt and less-fat foods. Do some exercises 30 mins per day. Don't starve because it will lead you eat more.
