Simple soultion to loose weight is to stop eating bread and workout

People, no need to get upset, gush I only made a typo mistake, so for all those grammar freaks out there, I meant losing fast and losing weight, so I am sorry about the mistake, please try to understand that people can make mistakes sometimes, no need to be so harsh on them,especially that English is not my first language, thank you Mylee for the support, and for all of those grammar teachers out here, let me post a few annoying words so it will hurt your eyes for a bit:

I dooont lika too eit braed wite mi milc

hmmmm, did I made a spelling mistake yet again???!!! how could I? please correct me if you can.
 
A simple way to lose weight is to eat less, eat better, and move more. You don't need to avoid bread, and you certainly don't need to work out (in the traditional meaning of the word) if you don't want to. Play sports, chase a frisbee down, take up hiking. Whatever you want.

So sick of people complicating weight loss.

Your grammar wasn't' the biggest flaw with your original post, it was your ignorance of how true weight loss is achieved. But thank you for your response, you really showed us!

Anyway, lol. After reading what the original poster said it reminded me of my mom, who after losing alot of weight and being asked just told everyone she cut out coffee creamer. In her mind that was the key. I saw her whole journey and she did ALOT more than that, including taking up horse back riding. I used to say to her "ok but what if I don't USE coffee creamer?" lol. Point being for some people if they see excess in one area that seems to be the secret for weight loss....cut that out and bam...success. I guess that works for alot of people but for me....I over ate EVERYTHING. There is no ONE thing for me to cut out so I have to stick to eating balanced, as was said before.
