Simple quest.

Im starting to learn alot from this website. Just one simple question though. The day i don't exercise, should I be eating the same amount of calories as the day I do exercise (Calories from what BMR Tells me)
Plus is 30 minutes 4 times a week good? With strength workout 3 times per week for 15 minutes.
 
15 minutes for a strength routine seems awfully low...even if it's three times a week. Also, most caloric deficit diets (which i assume this is) states that the amount should stay around the same for all days, you usually want enough calories to prevent you from starving and to give you enough energy, but still low enough to be in a deficit. Although I must admit i've never been to that particular website you referred to.
