Hey people. :] I'm new. I'm Cass, 17. I'm 4'9'' and I weigh 175lbs.
I'm hypoglycemic and at risk for diabetes, and I'm sick of living my life like this. So time for a change!
I swim, do sit ups, push ups, exercise bike, use that lil mini stepper and that exercise ball and do everything in between.
I'm also dieting.
no soda, no caffinated drinks, veggies and fruits, and tons of water!
I plan to lose 14ish lbs by August 27th, my 18th birthday.
My ultimate goal is 140lbs.
Then 130, and then..
dun dun dun dun!! 120.
I know I can do it, but I need support :]
