Hello everyone!
Im lizzie, im 19 and i weigh 135 pounds! i can never go any lower i weight myself and one day i will be 136 or 134 and i never can go any lower i go the gym 3 days a week and eat moderately healthy but now and again i binge with chocolate popcorn and so on!
what am i doing wrong? i dont eat loads and loads and i burn it off
is there anyone that needs to loose about 8-10 pounds and is around the same weight as me 9 st 6 ish :S because no offence but everyone on here is about 170 pounds and they can loose it quick quickly cuz the bigger u are the more u can loose¬ HELP! Please dnt take offence!

Eating when you're hungry will speed up your metabolism. When you starve yourself your body goes into survivor mode and slows down your metabolism which makes you gain weight so much easier!
