Shrinking Emi

1200 calories per day is too low if you ask me. Given your starting weight you need to consume more.
 
I'm flexible with my diet plan since I just started. What would you recommend? 1500? 2000?
 
Try taking a look at the for how many calories you need specific to you. Sounds like you have a nice rounded exercise schedule.. how often are you working out? And GOOD LUCK!! Have you considered starting a diary on this site too? It's a great way to get support and stay in touch with people around here.
