Yo i was wonderin my left side is always so weak. My right is repping so much and my left wont even max out at that weight.
 
maybe you're right handed. maybe you baby your left. it could be a lot of things, the most important thing is that you even out this imbalance as safely and quicly as possible, because muscle imbalances are one of the largest causes for injury..
 
try shoulder shrugs, holding two of the same weighted dumbells in ur hand. thatll make em work at the same pace.
