Shoulder Injury

Hi everyone, Im a newbie here and wondered if anybody would be able to help me. I have a hooked acromion and a secondary impingement of the rotator cuff tendon. I also have hypermobility in my shoulders. Are there any exercises I should avoid when Im working out??
 
I just strained my rotator cuff and they said to basically stop all upper body exercises until healed (3-4 weeks?), even arms. Don't do curls or anything.

They gave me some movements to work on the range of motion, but be very careful with rotator cuff injuries. It isn't worth it to ignore the doc's advice on this one.
