Should I increase my daily calories

I'm 17 years old, I eat about 2400 KCal a day (usually around 60% Carbs and 20% Protein and Fats) , and exercise two times every day (for about 2-3 hrs in total [push-ups, crunches and legs) I've been exercising for about two years now.
I still feel pretty skinny, what should I change, what do you think? I'd like to gain a bit more mass, especially when it comes to arms. should I increase the ammount I eat or any other tips? :)

Mass gain is not from spending masses of time training every day, quite the opposite.
With your age in mind be careful not to risk anything you would literally regret the rest of your life, but is you build familiarity with core exercises like, squats, bench and deadlift and use the old system, hit it hard, hit it fast leave it alone you will do well.
Diet is one part and yours isn't too bad, little high on the fat (better 12.5%) and low on the protein (about 25%), but closer than most by some way, assuming the carbs are complex not sugars.
How much is up to you, weight gain needs surplus, but too much will gain where you don't want it.
There are a number of programs etc. on here. Choose one that fits to your experience and is not too advanced for someone whose bones will still be fusing and would suffer eternally for going too far.

Thanks for replying
If I look at my diet, good ammount of protein I consume comes from dairy foods, and as most of them contain as much fats as protein, that makes it quite hard to keep fats low and in the same time keep the protein high.
I've already read several topics here and I'll try to adjust to some at a certain level
