To find out what you can do there needs to be a conversation between you, a schuermans specialist and a physio who understands schuermans.
My personal approach is to strengthen weaknesses, and this has enabled me to recover from injuries, manage arthritis as well as keep fit and mobile.
There is a but and it's a big one. I have gotten it wrong on numerous occasions and slowed down my recovery in the past, resulting in perlonged pain. I still wake up in pain daily now, but this eases if I am sensible.
There is usually something that can be done to strengthen your body and help physical disorders, but without detailed knowledge of your problem and you no-one can give you real guidance.
I feel like a stuck record for this one but doing something that effects your development at your age will mean suffering for life, and that's not worth it so be careful.
