I've always hear that if you are on a "diet" or whatever, if you ever feel hunger pangs you shouldn't be on that particular diet. Or that you just aren't eating enough.
Is that always going to be true? Because what if a person is used to eating a hell of a lot all the time, then when they start a new diet, they just aren't used to eating less then say 2,000 calories a day?
Does that make any sense? Thanks in advance. I apologize if this is in the wrong part of the forum.
