Shop Once, Eat For A Week

I read that on menshealth.com awhile back. For those who like mealplans, I think this is an awesome solution.
 
Thank you so much for the shop once, eat for a week! I'm one of these people who go to the store buy stuff and have nothing to eat. This perplexes me. What usually happens is I buy a bunch of stuff with no plan....the produce wilts etc......and I toss away good food.

the problem with that list though - if i were to buy a rotisserie chicken.. I would eat most of the entire thing in one sitting... :D and pick at the skin... really bad :(
