I wear neutral new balance shoes... The shoe store told me that I overpronated and sold me a pair of stability shoes, but they really messed up my feet, so I had to go back and trade them in for ones without extra cushioning ^_^
In my opinion, the simpler the shoe, the better it is. The closer you are to working out in bare feet, the better =D
Also, do you walk around the house without shoes on? That helps to strengthen your feet, too.
