Hey everybody, hope you're all okay and are doing well on your weight loss.
Right, the thing is, I go to the gym twice a week, a 2 mile run every Saturday morning and I do 200 sit ups each night. I'd say I'm fairly fit, and I've never really had a big problem with my stomach. However, after doing 200 sit ups every night (not including 3 weeks when I was on holiday) since June, and my regular visits to the gym (although I only recently started going twice, used to be once) my stomach just seems to be... there. I'm pretty sure there's no fat (it doesn't wobble) and my stomach muscles are strong.
So is there any reason for my stomach to sort of... curve? Should I just continue to do my sit ups, maybe I haven't given it enough time? Or do use reckon it's probably my body shape, and unless I do extreme toning, it will remain this way? Answers will be appreciated!
Also, feel free to share your own wonders/stories/theories.
