Sharing my success

My friend send me this diet programm - it is very popular in Europe. It's called Copenhagen Diet and it's really works! Lost 15 lbs i 2 week, and there is no yoyo effect! I've tried many other diets but none has even come close to the success. It's worthh to try :)
 
This diet is the most rediculus thing Ive seen in a while.

The best diet is the "eat healthy foods and know what your doing diet".

If you want to lose your weight quickly – before New Year Eve or your wedding, for example – this diet is exactly what you want. During the 13 days you can lose from 5 to 10 kg (it depends on your weight at the beginning). This diet rejects eating fruits and cereal products, but recommends eating eggs, lean meat, lettuce and drinking coffee. Decrease of your weight is guaranteed on one condition: you must strictly obey Copenhagen Diet’s rules. You’re not allowed to eat anything more – even chewing gum is forbidden ! But if you are starving – you can cheat your appetite drinking non carbonated mineral water.

Dont believe the hype Nulla - This diet wont help you loose fat, Just water weight you'll put back on right away. Eat sensible and healthy, This diet is just wrong.
 
Yes, it's very strict - I admit, but I can assure you it's worth. This diet affects our culinary tastes and therefore it changes metabolism. After you’re done with the regime, you will most likely not fancy sweets or fatty meats any more. Also, this diet leads to radical change in metabolism patterns; in effect, after 13 days you may resume your ordinary eating habits without being concerned that you will put on weight immediately after you have completed your treatment.
 
I'm not sure where you believe that 15 pounds in 2 weeks came from, but your body can't shed that much fat that quickly, so it didn't come from fat loss.

One good thing about a plan like that one - if you are able to have the discipline to follow that, then you should have no problem finding the discipline necessary to change your habits and lose weight the healthy way.

Sorry to tell you this but you have been brain washed.
When someone explains things the way this diet has been explained to you its easy to believe them. It seems logical and so you believe them. You may also have lost weight which would make you believe this works.
However, you have been conned. You have only lost water, not fat.

These guys earn a living out of tricking people in to their 'fad diets' and they are very good at it.

The only healthy way to loose fat is to eat healthy and exercise. You will find plenty of examples round the forum and we will all be willing to help out should you have any questions.

If your losing 15 lbs every 2 weeks then the name of the diet should be "The Bye Bye Muscle Diet".

Lose Weight Quick schemes are the equivalent of Get Rich Quick schemes - not worth the paper they're printed on, especially on the 'net.
