Share a success story about resisting temptation!

So, before I started the SBD or anyother form of just plain eating right I was a McDonaldsaholic! LIke, MAJOR, sometimes 2 times a DAY, EVERYDAY. I would stop and get my egg McMuffin with large sweet tea and swing by for lunch to get a 10 pc chicken nugget meal with medium fries, and sometimes another large sweet tea... you get my point.

Anyway, I hang out with a "little," because I am a "big" for big brothers big sisters, and she wants to go to McDonalds every sunday and usually I order food like usual and before I would just try to order "something small" and would get 4 nuggets or a medium fry. Well today, even though I was hungry AND tempted, I ate nothing from there! I got a medium diet coke, but that is it. And, I had a string cheese I brought for a snack in my purse and ate that instead! I am so very proud of myself and it is one of my few milestones.

Tell me one of your success stories with resisting temptation!
 
I have two young kids that would love to stay at a Ronald McDonald house casue they think they would get McDonalds three meals a day there.
(They have been corrected on this lol)
Now I loved McD's too...and always had a double 1/4 lber large sized with an extra sandwich on the side. (plus desert) My other problem is I hate paying 6 or 7 dollars for a salad. So...I make sure I eat before I take the kids there and I get a large tap water with ice just for something to keep me occupied.
No more cravings...and so far, I I've only bought lunch once there and that was two grilled chicken wraps. Probaby not that healthy, but I wanted to try them.
