hey all! thanks for reading my greetings. I have been attempting to lose weight for awhile now but have never tried 100 percent. well now i am, and we'll see if i can actually do it if i try really hard. hopefully this forum delivers to me the motivation i desperately need

i also have a question. i plan on losing weight by running for a bit each day, no weight training really. do you think this is a good idea? or just a good way to ruin my knees? i really enjoy running and i know it's the only thing i might keep up. here's to a step in the right direction!!!!
