I thought I would join this forum to see if I can offer any constructive advice. I have been training a couple girls for soccer, I am very active and love to work out. My outlet? Running! I do maintain a pretty good diet, but I have my days like everyone else.
Setting "unrealistic" goals?
No such thing, sometimes we underestimate what the human body can do. By doing this, we underestimate ourselves! I have had times where I can't run because I'm traveling, and I am not the most pleasant person to be around druring these times. So I regress physically, but I never set the bar lower than what I can actually take.
If you like exercising, increase your workout time 5 min every 10dys, and push harder. Build on your new time every day, begin with a tough expectation. Start doing 10 pushups no matter how long it takes you, if you're good at it, then start at a number where you know you will not be able to go on. Do an extra one every 5 days and build on it.
I eat plain non-fat yogurt every morning with a cut bananna, and that is it! The bacteria in this yogurt burns fat sooo fast I love it! I'm about to turn 25yrs old and I am still at 150lbs, check out my facebook. My name is Benny Paz
