HI! my name is sean and i'm 27 i'm 6' 3" and i'm 235lbs as of nov. 1st...
as of my birthday july 18th i want to be 160
that is 75 lbs
that gives me 36 weeks to kick off 2-3lbs a week through hard work..eating right...and exercise... i'm 6' 3" but i have a lot of fat around the top of my arms top of my legs and asspecially my midsection... i'm done with these manboobs...honestly...you can hove them... and by my birsthday 2012 i want to see abs... i know they are hiding under all the flubber filling the tire around my abdomen.... lets do this

head above water this year boys....
