I'm pretty sure I have gone into starvation mode. How in the world to I get out of it? And then the 2nd... I am by no means a cook. I'm the one who burns water. I love looking at daily menus, but they mostly consist of weird things I would never eat and things I know my kids and hubby would turn their noses up to. Does any one have any "simple" meal solutions or weekly menus?
 
I don't know about starvation mode...are you counting calories? I would think that you just need to eat more.

Anywho...Stir fry with chicken breast and fresh veggies or frozen and brown rice. spicy chicken breast strips (baked) side of veggies; ground turkey and dirty rice...turkey sausage in your jumbalaya...most types of fish.

Oh man the possibilities are endless. I hope I gave you some ideas...PM me if you want an actual recipe.

Why do you think you are in starvation mode.

FYI, the 'starvation mode' is a host of physiological adaptations that occur whenever one diets.

So, how have you been dieting too?
