Hello Every one. My name is Serina and I am from Chicago. I joined this forum for motivation and weight lost tips. May 1st 2007. My weight was at 293. I been working out on my treadmill and eating right and I am down to 267. I want to stay focus and I need Tips and feedback from other Members
