Self concious of outdoor exercises?

For a while now i've been determined to go on a jog. Determined but not confident enough as i have no confidence and feel people are staring at me. I now know THEY'RE NOT!

When i finally got around to going on a jog i did it at 7am to try and be sure noone was around. There was loads of people around.

If you are self concious like i was try thinking of it this way. Do you see people running on the street? Yes? Me too. Now, can you remember them? No? Me neither. Because nobody cares and they will probably be like you were. THinking 'DAMN i wish i was getting fit like that guy/girl!'

Yeah, nobody really cares. I was like... SUPER self concious when going to the gym. A year ago I would have like.. my belly dropping out beneath my tshirt when doing shoulder presses etc. And I would cold sweat (on top of ordinary sweating) like there was no tomorrow, and get like... dry mouth and feel like I was shaking due to being so embarassed and self concious. But I think if people keep at it like I did, it'll take a couple of weeks and you'll forget about it since really... No one will come up and be all "Wazzup fatso, why you pretending to be running like the really fit people". Which was basically what I feared people would do :p (yeah I'm weird).

So I completely agree, keep at it!
