Hey there everyone, my name is Justin and i am new to these forums. I will start with a little about myself.
Well i am 20 years old. 5'10 and currently weigh 205lbs. I am here most likely for the reason everyone else is here. To loose weight. 2 years ago i weighed 160. That was about the time that i got out of high school. Me and my girlfriend would always get fast food and before you know it i blew up. I did not exercise, did not care what i was eating and had no motivation to loose a pound. IMO there really is nothing worst then seeing old friends and family and having them tell you that you gained weight, commenting on your newly acquired gut. Well 2 years has passed and I am now ready to loose it. All i need is some support and i think these boards are gonna be the perfect place.
Couple of things to start things off. I AM A NOOB when it comes to this stuff. I never had any desire to learn about it.
Also, are there any good sites where i can find some guides to eating healthy, maybe some list of foods and calorie counts? I already searched Google but there is just too much and i would much rather take a recommendation form you then myself.
Well guys thats about it. If there is anything that you suggest please dont hesitate to PM me. I would like all the Info and advice i can get. Thanks guys .
