SeaFood StirFry *My favorite recepie*
Start cooking a half cup of basmati rice ( or your fave rice )
Now gather the following...
Chopped Brocolli ( about a half-cup - stems included of course )
Chopped Celery ( half cup )
Chopped Onions ( quarter of an onion )
Mushrooms ( a few - if ya got em )
Olive oil ( as much as you feel healthy with
Sautee those veggies in a frying pan, briefly.
Add in the two following sauses..
1.) Tikka Sauce ( look in the grocery store by the East Indian and chinese food sections )
2.) A taste Of Thai Garlic and pepper sause
Cover the frying pan with a lid, and let the juices from the veggies come out, put to low heat.
==== N E X T ====
Turn your oven to broil ( like 400 or 500 degrees )
Unfold a square of tinfoil...
place the following on the tin foil ( center )
Take some shrimp and a sea food melody mix ( very cheap for mix at the grocery store ) add in a LITTLE but of butter / margerine, and sprinkle garlic salt over the seafood )
Close up the tin foil and place the seafood tinfoil package in the oven.
Cook for maybe 5-8 minutes ( this seafood cooks VERY quick tip: when your shrimp turns orange you know it is cooked )
====NEXT====
Take the tinfoil out of the oven, and keep all the juices inside
Pour it into the frying pan with the sauces and veggies. cook for 1-2 mins
====NEXT====
Pour the seafood/veggie sause over your rice.
You now will taste pure delicious goodness.
And a healthy choice.
