I have scoliosis, and I'd really have to go to a doctor to check the progress on it, but the curve in my back causes a bulge on my left lower back somewhere around my kidneys. I'd been told by a doctor before that it probably came about as my growth spurts came, and as a teenager I wasnt very active...so, my muscles couldnt support the change in my stature. I've even been told that if not kept in check, and left to degrade, that it would interfere with my normal heart and lung efficiency. I'd like to know some exercises that would keep this in order for as long as possible...
